A Love Letter

Dear Black Polar F6,

Before I found you, I spent year of my life working out for two weeks at a time, going really hard, and feeling like I wasn't going hard enough. So I'd quit.

I was lost. Until I found you. Now I know how hard I'm working. And it doesn't matter that the girl on the next treadmill is proving that she can outrun a pack of dogs. My 3 mph is just right for me. Without you, I never would have known that.

You let me turn regular walks into exercise...telling me to step it up just a little so that I'm in the zone. My zone.

Thank you for your dedication and cute display. Over the next few weeks, I hope we can get to know each other even better. I'm ready to take it to the next level--the pool. I don't let many people see me in a bathing suit, but I know you'll treat me right.

With every beat of my heart,
FJA
